Touching the untouchables
In the fall of 2015 40 artists from European partner countries met with eight Chinese guests who toured for six weeks through Europe. The experimental fields of this Nomadic Artist in Resident project were a wide variety of rooms and public, communicative circumstances. Chinese artists were invited because you have to maintain in these experimental fields and media, the braid "exchange, gift and counter-gift" in the communication between the audience and your own aesthetic interests. Similarity and difference to the practices of European artists on the reason and the orientation of the encounter.
The range of the AIM e. V., comprised a wide spectrum: the ArtLab at the art pavilion Burgbrohl as a classical art space, the ruins of a castle, a dome hall, a town square in a small urban center, as well as Hiking and intervention in natural spaces – caves, valleys, stone quarries and forests. To accompany talks and information sessions were held.
Since 2005, Boris organized Nieslony and, since 2013, together with the action lab PAErsche an exchange between performers from Asia, and various networks in Europe. In the Two-year rhythm will be invited from different countries and regions of the far East artists, to make practices and theoretical backgrounds of its cultural activities to the Disposition.
