The Art Competition "Urban Landscape. Space for insights and prospects“ was organized by the future initiative, Rhineland-Palatinate (ZIRP) e. V. together with the Directorate General for Cultural heritage (GDKE) Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. PAErsche action lab is one of three art projects, selected by a Jury, under the chairmanship of Dr. Oliver kornhoff, Director of the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck, and the competition is won.

The platform for action lab PAErsche in Rhineland-Palatinate, organized Karin My performance artist and co-founder of PAErsche. The PAErsche action lab is a loose network of action and performance artists, which was founded in 2010 on the idea of "Open Source network". Today it is borne by around 30 members from the regions of the Rhineland and the Ruhr area, as well as the neighboring countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria and offers international guests of a Forum.

The Basis for each of the venue-bound co-operation and constellation of different protagonists of the open-ended process, the non-targeted action within each site. The respective Performer intervene temporarily to the public, urban, and rural areas, connecting the city and the landscape, culture and nature in an experimental process that examines the actions, Gestures and relationships, as social constructions, and are always new, surprising forms brings.
